Do you know what the number one most common question is in a job interview? You'll need to know what that question is, and how best to respond to it in order to be successful. My public and private sector leadership experience is in cost estimating and financial analysis. I have conducted many interviews for prospective candidates who were applying for entry and mid level positions. I have coached and assisted many individuals with resume creation and improvement, developing winning interview strategies, and preparing for differing interview styles. Remember, there are no "right" answers to interview questions, but there are a tremendous number of "wrong" ones.
