As an early pioneer of the online information services industry, Ms. Balduzzi began her career in 1983, where she worked on the nationwide launch and marketing of Viewtron. Viewtron, the first online consumer information service in North America, was operated as a joint venture between AT&T and Knight-Ridder. While at Viewtron, she spoke before numerous organizations on the future of online shopping, home banking, and other services. She later joined Quantum Computer Services (now known as America Online), where she reported to and worked with Steve Case (former Chairman of AOL Time Warner) on product development and strategic marketing. During AOL's joint venture with Apple, Ms. Balduzzi relocated to Silicon Valley, where she worked as a Product Manager for Apple directing the creation, launch, and marketing of AppleLink-Personal Edition, an online service that evolved into AOL. From 1990 to 1996, she began marketing professional services as the Marketing Director for two corporate law firms. While there, Ms. Balduzzi was recognized for branding professional services and redefining law firm marketing. In response to the demand for seasoned marketing professionals with technology expertise, Ms. Balduzzi established her own marketing consulting firm in 1996. Since then she has advised and assisted national and international technology companies, law firms, consulting firms, political candidates, and other businesses on how to effectively position, launch, and market their companies, products or services in an evolving information age and dynamic business climate. Ms. Balduzzi is currently the founder of a social media start-up company. She also mentors start-ups at Baltimore's Emerging Technology Company incubator and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Brown School of Business and Leadership at Stevenson University.

I have worked both in the Federal government and private (technology) sectors for more than 24 years. With my different positions throughout my career I had to go through several interview processes - some which I expected and others completely unexpected - these experiences were irreplaceable, it was always a learning experience which made me much better at my next interview level. Through the years, I've had the pleasure of interviewing dozens of candidates for different positions ranging from the technology sector to defense and intelligence positions in the U.S. Government.

Even the smartest and most qualified person has to show they are a good match with their perspective employer, and there are no second chances to make a good first impression. I have worked with Presidential Management Fellowship candidates for nearly two years, helping them learn the best ways to present themselves to potential employers. I helped candidates prefect everything from their nonverbal skills to their abilities to ask appropriate questions and the importance of a graceful exit. With a little bit of practice I can help you gain the skills and confidence to help you land your next big gig.

I have been a branch chief for a federal agency for over 5 years, and a federal employee for over 13. My current role has a real estate consulting focus, for complex properties such as environmentally challenged properties, and those with strong media and congressional interest. I also have experience managing program budgets, conducting performance reviews, and creating and leading teams. During the last 5 years, I have participated in numerous interview panels for positions in real estate, data analysis, project management, and organizational resources, and have made personnel selections in several of those instances as well. In addition to my current managerial role, I am also a designated mentor within my agency, and recently completed an advanced leadership development program.

I'm a young professional with lots of volunteer experience mentoring recent college and masters graduates. I help them navigate the Washington DC job market through a mix of resume and cover letter branding, networking skills, and interview prep. As a furloughed government employee, I'd like to stay productive during the shutdown and help people navigate their way into a job or career. About me: I'm a communications attorney with four degrees. Having four degrees meant lots of internships both during school and between degrees. I have had a lot of experience interviewing for jobs and then interviewing the interviewers after the fact as to what I did well and how I could improve with future interviews.

I deliver targeted, engaging, interactive and meaningful interview and workforce skills training -- such as relevant and engaging INTERVIEW SKILLS PRACTICE, RE-ENTRY ASSIMILATION TACTICS, and help with translating OLD SKILLS into NEW/RELEVANT SKILLS. MY MISSION is to help you A.C.E. (Actions for Career Enhancement) your next interview by being prepared, confident, and enthusiastic. This is what I do and this is my passion! Just ask a few folks I have had the pleasure of training over the past 15 years...“Charesse was instrumental in helping me build my confidence and in providing me with the skill-set needed to master those key job interviews. Charesse reinforced exactly what I needed regarding my own potential and abilities by helping me show that extra ’spark’ I needed in order to land that dream job. Because of her, I’ve taken my career to that next level and the future looks bright!” Other comments include...“...by far the best resume and interview preparation I have ever experienced….”; and “…It’s about time a program like Charesse's has come along….because of your training, I know I received the offer…many, many thanks!”...and the accolades go on. My APPROACH is centered around understanding the whole person, thus enabling me to competently advise you on your career goals. In short, I understand the dynamics behind "JOB INTERVIEWING CHEMISTRY” and I teach you to master and conquer not just the interview, but ANY interaction of this nature. When you matriculate out of one of my sessions/workshops, you leave with the confidence and knowledge that you are supported and that you can master your next interview. I have advanced degrees in law and business (i.e., JD and MBA) and have held senior leadership roles within corporate america, the federal goverment and academia as a Patent/Intellectual Property. Thanks for considering me to assist you. I look forward to working with you very soon...NOW, LETS GO GET 'EM...!
