This was the first time I did a web conf tech interview, and it was good practice. I’m seeking a dev job, and he checked my knowledge of PHP, LAMP, MVC, etc. It’s a lot like SKype or a G+ Hangout. The video is not always flawless, but neither are Skype/hangouts. Good practice
