Jessica V.

I am an international affairs professional with experience in the non-profit sector, international development, think tanks, and multilateral institutions (such as the World Bank). Most of my regional experience has been in Latin America and I speak Spanish, in case you are preparing for an interview where you might be asked to speak a few questions in Spanish (it's happened to me!) My graduate studies focused on conflict resolution, international negotiation, mediation, and facilitation and I love using these skills to help coach others. I have a passion for editing and helping people to structure their thoughts in the most effective way possible.
